Hey Who got into UC? I was surprised ALL courses rose and they havent cut enrolments yet. SOme went up from 76.3 to 98.6 !!!! I got my transfer to Com-Finance/Economics What did you guys get? Casey

Communication went up here in Canberra - it was actually our biggest increase, especially the double degrees Economics/Comm went from 76.3 to 98.XX

Each country is different, but generally every Aust uni is recognised in most, if not all, countries.

This yrs HSC class have it lucky - unis didnt cut their numbers which is good/. At UC all courses rose, except Software Eng. Economics/Communication-Journalism went from like 76.3 to 98.3!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Just remember if u transfer to Usyd commerce you may have to do some more maths subjects At ANU I think they do 1 stats subject in the commerce degree. A USYD they do 2 stats courses in 1st year; so you will have to do the other stats course when u transfer

Difference: Start - Is you do 2 subjects at uni (from u degree), and you pay for them; they will then look @ your UAI and your uni marks and let you in in sem 2 if you went good. Connect - You wont do uni subjects. You do english and maths etc. And you sit exams etc, and those marks...

I suspect 2005 uni students will have to get higher UAIs again - mainly cause the uni didn't cut all of its over enrollments; it must be doing it over 2 years..
