Nope - I have spoke to the P Off People and a few People in ACT Urban Services - Road Services and they say that u dont have to put it on. I was pulled up in Harden NSW fo4r a random breath test and he looked at my licence and seen my car etc etc and it was no problem.

They also have P Off in Canberra, a really good program that u can get bonus points and dont have to wear p plates - i done it..,.

I was honestly surprised by UNSW wanting to setup a new campus. I am wondering how this will effect its 'reputation' in Singapore etc; it is a risky move by UNSW -, especially with quality issues etc but i guess all unis are doing it. e.g. monash etc

AT UC, if you fail 50% of subjects in 1st semester (or get PX), you get a warning. Do it again you will be kicked out with no automatic re-entry. A friend has received a warning before...

I have a $2500 student options card with the Com Bank. Best thing I have ever got. If 1 week i get tonnes of bills, instead of not eating that week, i use the Credit Card then when i get my money off my parents the next week i just pay off the CC. I have never paid interest.
