I don't think that the state can know what the best way for someone to be happy is. How can you take a statistic and know how to intervene in an appropriate and helpful way to raise their "levels of happiness" ??

Fruit Salad with strawberry yoghurt is my favourite... and you can add toast to that so you don't get hungry. I sometimes make fruit salad in a big bowl then eat it over the next few days, so it's also pretty easy in the morning.
