OP: Long hair looks awesome on some guys, shocking or pretty ordinary on others. The guy in your pics does not look that awesome. no really. he doesn't.

Depends on if they lose any students and you can have their place, generally. If you apply you might get on a waiting list or something. I don't really know how the system works.

Practice essays/papers are about the best way to revise english. It's similar to if you learned all the therories in maths but barely practised applying them to questions. You might be able to work your way through them in the exam but it's going to take you a lot longer and you're much more...
I think when you do the working for 2 vowels together, you should also get 4 vowels and 3 vowels together included in that, because one of the combinations of the remaining letters will include them being together with the others. It might work if you draw the little box pictures...
Can you ask your teacher next week? They should be able to help you, and maybe set you a few more questions for practise. I tried to work out the question but I haven't done perms and coms for that long that I can't quite get my head around it.
