i agree with a lot of what's been said already - i certainly found most of my value to come from the actual process of writing my notes, not so much constantly reviewing them (although they were good for that too)
that said, I guess them optimum amount of notes is where you've put enough...
I think it's a great idea (even I don't do Belonging). I found it to be a good genre for "Journeys" because it's a linguistic text, allowing you to analyse language techniques, but it still gives a good contrast in an AOS study because of it's non-fictional/ prosaic manner. Only thing is, I...
Well the good thing about typed notes is that you'll be able to cut them down if it's becoming too tedious to revise. I can't know without seeing them(and I'd only know for subjects I did), but as a rough guide you don't sound like you're going too overboard, mine were roughly the same length.
yeh I was thinking about that too. Surely a lot of people would drink enough alcohol to make the small mouthwash amount negligible. Especially since you don't actually swallow the mouthwash (well I hope not anyway)
to the OP: how would you deal with the residential side of things if you were to come here? University colleges? Rent? Any rellos up here you can stay with?
hey i'm actually curious to know, does anyone know what kindof tertiary/career paths any of these 100ers have? I'm guessing there's a lot of med and law in there...but yeh. just wondering
i don't think anyone's trying to put anyone down - 99.95 is still super amazing, we all know. But 100 is 100 and 99.95 is 99.95 and so on. The UAI is a limited instrument but that's all we've got. The point is not what what you "could" do but what you "do" do. All the people in this thread with...
yeah but i bet james ruse had a lot of 99.95s as well... you can't really blame the fact that a particular subject has slightly different scaling from year to year - especially english which, being compulsory, would disadvantage everyone equally. plus, if something "scaled badly", it means that...
at this exceptional level that we're talking about, i don't think it's a matter of school. a person with agg 500 would be amazing wherever they were
daniel swain went to a >50 ranked school, remember
