That's royally Fu&#$ed man. Hahhaahaha uhaww should seriously be the host of those campfire talks. ROFLed me off so badly hahahah
Jeez uhaww you don't even need to find a girlfriend, you've got them all surrounding you all the time.
Anyway man that guy had guts, what if someone saw him from...
Graney - If you're not B Science or B Adv Science, then you don't have to worry about declaring your Major/Minor or Major/Major Sequence. :) B Medical Science students have no need of declaring a major/minor, however, they too by 3rd year WILL specialise in an area(s). The reason why they can...
Hell yeah, I got a real crappy demonstrator in Chem as well (Btw 1031/1041 tutors tended to be real crappy back in my time), anyway whenever you ask them a question, its almost like asking a philosophy lecturer what the meaning of life is.
Or
You get the response, well you know "xx" right"...
ROFL x 50!
Hahhahahaha the poor guy must have thought you were his angel or something. Not to mention I've never heard of intl students owning farms lol
Anyway its hard to actually know girls in libraries, you can't just sit next to one and say hi I'm bob...
Its weird though some girls actually have nothing to talk about. Once I talked to some girl during the break, and afterwards it was just silence. Weirdly it was the girl who ended up having nothing to talk about!
Wow I thought I was weird being a guy who has never had gfs until I found this thread.
I think half the time you just have to weigh up whether to know a girl as a friend or the latter.
Not to mention the revues run at like 6pm+ making students who don't live in proximity of UNSW a huge hassle getting home.
Getting home from unsw during daytime is already a hassle, when you hit night time/weekends, Australian public transport sucks even bigger time.
Unless if you love chemistry and have an extremely good chemistry mark. This course is taught so badly that you can align it with 2nd Year Genetics.
Also the 1st year Chem courses will probably never be improved since some idiot thought that if they placed Chemistry as pre-req for pretty much...
Personally I'd ask both the Student Central & SSC, sometimes you get idiots (1st or 2nd years) at the Student Central giving you crappy answers. Once I had a guy who said that I couldn't drop any courses now (when in fact I was way before the census date).
The SSC isn't accurate either, but if...
Thanks bobness for the correction. You're quite right there.
This all becos of Rudd removing the DFEE places. However, I do need to stress that this doesn't apply to all degrees at all universities. Some courses such as Medicine still have DFEE/FFP places available.
Knowing universities...
Interesting! Well I can attest that fact only for Science students then.
To be honest, Chemistry 1A & 1B was bitchy and coordinated so badly. Unless if you had a good solid foundation in HSC chemistry, and actually understood the material in McMurry's Organic Chemistry it's almost impossible...
Lol Edmond must have cruised through first year.
Yes lol First Year courses are extremely hard. Not because the content is hard to understand, but because UNSW co-ordinates these courses quite badly in comparison to some 2nd year courses such as MICR2011.
After almost completing my 3rd year...
When you hit 3rd year science courses, all exams are pretty much essay based.
You can double-major in Chemistry and Biochemistry if you like. Since both require the same 2nd year pre-req courses.
Every University has its own foundation year. You could regard Foundation as your personal UAI mark to get into that uni.
i.e. If I achieved 75 in UNSW Foundation year, and say UNSW Medical Science only requires 67 for foundation year students. Then I would be granted the enrolment into UNSW...
Personally I've never went into a situation where my marks weren't sufficient to get me into my 1st preference degree.
But I'll tell you what, many Year 12 students make the misconception that they'll get a UAI of 50. When Dec arrives, its a total shocker.
If you're basing your assumptions...
