Is anyone goin to his holiday course?? itz $220~ our teacher told us today~ is it worth it? Has anyone been? I know dat u get a full refund if ur not satisfied after the 1st lesson..but has anyone been? Any opinions abt it?

I have never been to Terry Lee's holiday course, but I would suggest its not worth $220 (thats a more than double my entire year's school fees, every subject included) I think there are probably other study days which are just as helpful and informative, and cost a fraction of the price.
BUT, thats just my opinion, I'm sure there are plenty of people who think throwing money at their HSC equals a better education.

Pay me $220 and I'll help you out.

my friend told me (who went last yr) said it is not worth the money as all he does is pretty much go through the solutions of past hsc papers, without giving you time to complete them yourself. He told me it was much more valuble to just go through the papers yourself and ask your teachers questions if you need.

i went last year and i thought it was more a cousre for people who struggle in 3u. All he does is give you a booklet of all the 3u hsc topics and goes through the solution on a large overhead projector. If you spot a mistake he gives you five dollars or chocolate usually haha. Oh and you don't have time to ask questions, there 1 hundred people in the hall usually.
