I mix 2 parts cleanser to 1 part bicarb. You can use more or less depending on how sensitive your skin is.steph@nie said:cetaphil and baking soda? how does that work and what quantities do you need?
I tried this, and I never actually thought that bi-carb and cetaphil would ever actually feel like a scrub, but it does and it's great! my skin feels really nice nowAlways said:I mix 2 parts cleanser to 1 part bicarb. You can use more or less depending on how sensitive your skin is.
It works better on my skin than any other high-end scrub. I don't know how it works but it just does.![]()
I have combination skin - dry cheeks, relatively 'normal' t-zone.ujuphleg said:What kind of skin do you have?
I'm always looking for a decent scrub and I have breakout prone skin so that sounds really good.

me too. i like the 'blue' garnier deep clean foaming wash. for moisturiser i prefer the body shop vitamin e range. although during the day i'll norm wear the neutragena non-greasy moisturiser with spf 15. for lipgloss and eyeshadows i like bloom products. don't wear foundation or concealer. for mascara i like maybellineolchik said:I use garnier for skincare, and I like it!
