'glycerine', you make a valid point there. I consistently see people work so hard in year 11, and then get worn out in year 12. However, such a generalisation should not be made. I've also seen a number of people who are capable of maintaining their high performances throughout their final years. I think it's more of a matter of preference rather than just getting 'worn out'.
