Umm.. you might have wanted to give it a bit more time to get some results :/ Especially with those miniature weights.. I'm only just starting to notice results after about a month of doing 6kg dumbbell shoulder presses and 15kg bicep curls, 3 sets of 12 reps for each.mariyamo said:I have .5kg, 1kg & 2kg dumbells.
