Pretty sure it's a post grad qualification so I'd say after graduating.

It may also be worth mentioning that UTS, Usyd and Macquarie are CFA Program Partners which means that at least 70% of the neccesary CFA content is covered in the finance majors at those universities.

Im planning to a do commerce/law at macquarie uni and was wondering if I can get acreditted for the CFA??

CFA is a post grad accreditation. Out of the Sydney unis, Usyd, UTS and Macquarie are all CFA partner unis meaning 70% of the CFA content is covered in the degrees. But I recall reading that with Macq that is only the case for a masters. Look it up. Either way, it doesn't really matter - you are going to have to be doing extra study and exams after uni anyway.

If its not acredditted for CFA at macq uni commerce (finance) than does that mean I have to redo uni courses??? or can i study for them by myself???

i THINK you can do it during your final year at uni... I've heard.
