Computer Science at UNE (1 Viewer)

I live in Newcastle and I am considering going to UNE to study Computer Science. Is the course any good at UNE?

And also, what is Armidale like? Is it boring as f*ck or can it be quite a fun little town?

Find another uni for compsci if you can. It wasn't great when I did it.

Also make sure you want compsci not IT.

Armidale is like most country towns however if you live at a residential college the social life and alcohol will be enough to ensure you don't pass too many subjects due to the amount of time you devote to other things. But the town itself is quite bland.

i kno someone who did compsci and he was trying to get into newc uni for next yr coz apparently its better there or something.. but im not sure.
armidales not too bad really, could be worse. its not so limited in terms of shops and places to go out to and stuff that u miss out, like seriously, wooptydo to sydney.
