i think the 4u papers are gradually getting easier and longer each year, i think it would make more sense to make the paper shorter and the questions at the start much harder however, in making the paper long does help identify people who are good at seeing the "short" method for the first...

i think the idea of the limiting value of 0⁰ was that the base and power approach 0 at the same rate if u take that condition away as u have done, the 0⁰ limit is meaningless and can take an infinite number of values e.g.

thats completely correct but for the 0⁰ case there is no graph for x <= 0 that idea is for graphs that exist on either side of the line x = a, where a the point of the limit
