47/50 hopefully. I've been getting marks around that throughout the year for harder papers so hopefully. Anyone have any idea what the raw mark for e4 is?
i just included about a sentence in the analysis of each text comparing it to a prescribed or related text. This is because i was reading some notes from the marking centre that said better responses somewhat linked their texts together :)
yo say we get asked to use the setting of a prescribed text do you think our entire story needs to be set in that setting? For eg the only way it would work for me is to show flashbacks of my character in the particular prescribed setting but the entire story wouldnt be set there. Is that okay?
sci-fi sounds quite interesting- better than romanticism where literally you're so limited in what you can talk about. haha e1 is actually my best rank and if i dont get a high e4 it'll be awks for me. how many e1 students do u have?
yeah im in such an idgaf mode atm because literally everyone around me is finished hsc lol. i wrote about child labour during the industrial revolution through the pov of one of the children. Hopefully it works out lmao
Anyone else feel wayy too chilled out about the exam? I've just got to memorise the main points of my essay and the quotes i have and i have a generic creative so im leaving it for the day before the exam and im starting to feel guilty. ( i think it may be because im so over the exams and all...
Yeah you're right, i've written a generic kind of story but just want to practice adapting it to different types of questions which is why im asking :) Romanticism- coleridge, wuthering heights and northanger abbey hbu?
What do you think the chances are of the creative question asking to set our story in the setting of one of our prescribed texts or using one of the characters? They did it in 2010 (Compose a piece of original imaginative writing using a setting from one of your prescribed texts) but not after...
Yo could someone please give me a few points on the env impacts for both? all i know is that they have minimal impact but if we get a long response that's obviously not enough lmao thankss
put like 50 ml of water and oil together and shake, notice that they are immiscible. Then, add soap in small pieces and shake again, a cloudy emulsion should form showing that soap acts as an emulsifier due to all the polar/non polar stuff etc :))))
