for the second question, find how long it takes for the projectile to be 1.3m above ground (which is the same time the runner must run). and find the horizontal distance at this time.
then use speed = distance / time. (where distance is 65 - the range found b4).

the equiation for orbital velocity
ve = root of (2GM/r)
whcih justifies that the orbital velocity depends only on the mass of the planet that your orbiting, NOT the mass of the satellite/spacecraft.
hence an increase in mass due to docking of two modules will not influence...
