2/ Depends, my discrete tutor would go around the tutorial checking our work, and give you a funny look if you didn't attempt it. Other tutors dont give a shit.

With one of the geneds it says "Note: This course will be taught via web delivery." lol does this mean no lectures/tuts? It's pretty much a bludge if it's taught via web, what would the assesments be like? :D

I think if the students had better idea of what SDD was about before choosing it, less of the "not so smart" students would be doing it. From my experience in SDD, there are 3 type of students that do the subject. The smart ones (genuinly interested in computing and programming), the stupid ones...
how do these supp. exams work? Do u apply before/after u do an exam or something? i remember last semster physics...all the guys that failed were alowed to take a sup exam without applying beforehand i think.
