    HECS for Arts/Law

emmm not quite - you still need to get a UAI of something like 96.5 AND get a D-average across all subjects you do to transfer. so there is still a lot of hard work. and who is this random individual u are referring to?

hahahahahaha 'attractiveness'...'wear glasses' no, u are right, nato4. THIS IS ADVICE FOR HSC 07ers spread out your project over the year so u get little bit by little bit done. just chip away at the block, and eventually, you will get it done when the time comes.

Should you push yourself hard ?

stress is not good. the night before my 4U exam, i couldnt get any sleep. i only really slept from 1:30am, had to wake up at around 6:30am. NOT GOOD AT ALL. my 4U mark wasnt what i had expected. i guess the lack of sleep and the stress that kept me up all night was overwhelming, and it did...

Major project: Does it pay off?

DONT TYPE IT UP. there is no need to do that. a log book is meant to be messy, and have all these random doodles on it. this is a better reflection of your ideas and ramblings than trying to type it up. if you want to type it up as data backup, sure, no problems, by all means, DO TYPE IT UP. but...

Major project: Does it pay off?

hmmm i would disagree with that. your process diary (or whatever u want to call it) is a listing of all your thoughts, ideas and musings on paper - all these ideas are the sole contributors to your project, assuming u document all important stuff relevant to the project. hence, your progress...

    we know that: a2 + b2 > 2ab therefore, when divide a/b + b/a > 2 hence, b/c + c/b > 2, c/a + a/c > 2 add em all together: a/b + b/c + c/a + c/b + b/a + a/c > 6 ummm i take back my comment on your 'elegant solution'. i find this far easier and more efficient :) sorry...

Major project: Does it pay off?

i can empathise with all of you here. when i did the HSC, most of my classmates had the same problem with their tasks. they all had to rush through their documentation and projects. i find one major problem - documenting your process as u go along! u were suppose to document and comment WHILE...

    Prelim course question

Fair enough. As long as the pseudocode is clear to the marker. Just make sure these words are NOT capitalised. only BOS approved algorithm key terms, like REPEAT UNTIL IF ENDIF WHILE ENDWHILE etc etc...are to be capitalised.

    ALP to abolish full-fee places

hmmmm this is pretty hard...if the universities did have adequate funding, there would be no need to have this full fee paying system. however, i can't disagree with this statement: "A Labor higher education discussion paper, to be released today, argues that the fee-paying places are...
