Trying to transfer to commerce and need a wam booster
I'm torn between acct1501, econ1101 and infs1602
Which would be the 'easiest' in achieving distinction? (maybe rank in terms of ease?)

Ok... But I'm pretty sure whether its internal or external, UNSW only consider uni marks after minimum 36 units. Ring them on Monday and find out, they have a UAC admissions office that deals with external transfer questions; number is on this site...
I'm not sure about the cut offs but isn't there only a limited amount of courses available for mid year transfer?
And if you're trying to transfer to economics/commerce at UNSW, I think you'll have to have completed at least 36 units, so after a year
If you're coming first all it means is that in the actual HSC the top mark becomes your internal mark. So it doesn't matter if you're coming first by a long shot or not, you'll still get the top mark in the HSC. But it does make you better prepared for the HSC I guess.
I've previously rang both UNSW and Usyd about this and both have said they only take atar if you've done less than one full time year. I'm pretty sure its the same for other universities as well.
Is there any disadvantage of having 3 subjects a semester like would we have to try harder then to achieve a high wam average?
Or is it better to have 4 subjects where you do really good in 3 subjects but averagely good in the 4th subject. I'm just thinking what would be the better option for...
