i got 92% in 2006 and bout 90% i think today, so i think 2008 is harder. But only cos of question 7, it was too long and i just didn't understand it til near the end.
5b I had amplitude=2/3 and period t= 2pi/3
5c all angles
TPM = KPL (vertically opposite)
TPM=PQM (angle in the alternate segment)
PQM=KLP (exterior angle to a cyclic quad = interior opposite) or (PLK=180-PQK=PQM)
therefore TPM=KPL=PQM=PLK
therefore KLP is isocele (base angles of isos...
Re: How did you guys go?
The exam was easy besides question 7. I expect 76-78/84. Way harder than last year....too many marks on a single projectile motion question i think.
I'm not sure what the average amount is but i have 35 for physics and like 25 for chem. They cover everything and have managed to answer past papers completely by only applying the notes. Summarise people!
My sis did 16 units in her HSC year. Its not that bad, im doing 13 including 4 unit maths and was doing 15. Its just about how much effort you're willing to put in.
U can't remember too many pages of notes, summarise and condense. i got physics including option down to 32 pages hand written and i got Chemistry donwn to 25 including option.
HSC 2008, do 13 units but did 15 in prelim and it was ok. I picked up 4 unit maths for HSc and droped legal so now i do: Ext 1 and 2 mathematics, physics, chemistry, PDHPE, Studies of religion (1 unit) and Avanced English. PDHPE and SOR won't count for me. In 2006 HSC my sister did 16 units and...
