I don't generally make a lot of noise moving my bits and pieces around but I'm conscious of other people around me making noise so I try to be quiet anyways.
In the trials I asked a supervisor for a tissue for the guy next to me. Guys....if you have a runny nose...BLOW IT!! Dont just sit there...
We're supposed to be wearing full school uniform the whole time. However as we're sitting our exams at a school where uniform is just a suggestion (not just for exams, in general) people have started turning up in all sorts as none of our own teachers are ever there. I'm keeping it real in the...
It's a picture of someones finger with a face on it and a little foil hat. Finger puppet :D It just makes me laugh that someone actually went to the effort to do that.
I'm having the same problem! So far I've just been reading through my notes over and over and then once I finish a page, saying out loud everything that was on that page, and then checking to make sure I remembered everything. Not too dissimilar to the "look cover write check" thing.
If I'm...
I got 91 in my trial (combination of independent/CSSA papers) and internal mark of 90. I think class average for trials was around mid-high 70's, and internal average roughly the same...
I wish I'd done business studies. And ancient history instead of modern, purely for the fact that modern is by correspondence and for ancient I would've had an awesome teacher and probably learnt a whole lot more.
The girl in front of me kept flicking her hair (which was long-ish) onto my table today. So I held onto it. And she didnt like that. No more hair flicking from her after that :D
Thats the same as what I did. Dropped down and then had to learn everything over the Christmas holidays.
My only horrible feeling about that exam now is that because everyone seemed to do well, general maths is more likely to get scaled badly...hmm....
Modern history by correspondence. It's interesting enough, I just lack the motivational skills to keep up with it and actually pay attention to what I'm reading about...
Should've done ancient instead.
Same. Well, my graphics one does anyway. My scientific has to be turned off on it's own.
Am I the only person taking 2 calculators into the exam? Some things are just easier on the scientific! :)
Use y2-y1/x2-x1 and you should end up with either a fraction or a whole number.
I think by points on the axis Tommy meant that you pick a random point on the line and work out its co-ordinates based on where it is in relation to the axis. does that make sense? I think I just made that even more...
I'll probably just get up and do a few questions to get in the mindset....look over a few note if I'm having problems with anything...Then have lunch and head to school.
Same! I mean, I only have 4 exams to go, but following paper 2 english I was ready to start relaxing...
Haven't given up completely though. I have a guilty conscience. It makes me look through my notes/do past papers etc. Damn conscience!!
