    yep, it's "self defence" and "necessity" because they are different.. take that case of those guys out on the water in a boat and they killed one of the guys and ate him out of necessity. You can't say that was self defence so I'd say it proves the case for them being separate.

    for multiple choice? I just use the BOS site and their online multiple choice database. I don't know about others though... oh and my teacher got my class (there's like 15 of us, maybe less) this folder of like all past papers.. there's about 9 papers in there I think, so I use that.

    really? I tend to lose my marks in crime in the last part.. not too many though... usually get full marks or close to it in multiple choice and in my trials I got full marks in law and justice and human rights... and then my essays I lose about 3 or 4 marks so I have to work on them too. But law...

    I can only do like 2 or 3 pages per essay so I tell ya, ur all doin really well to write so much! but in my trials and stuff, I still got really high marks and top of my class over people who wrote like 6 pages each essay so I agree, it's quality, not quantity! I'd die if I had to write too...

    macquarie hsc guide

    macquarie is way better than excel. I originally got excel, but there's so much in there that it's not really good for studying and stuff. Macquarie is concise and sticks to the syllabus. So I'd use it. I think, depend on heinemann the most though. It's written according to the syllabus too...
