    Librariums!

I know what you mean when you say the home is filled with distractions. I have no discipline when it comes to household distractions. I even had to delete my myspace before the half yearlies. As for libraries, well I've tried quite a few, and it's changed from the half yearlies to the HSC. For...

    Exam Thoughts.

Didn't finish on time. =( I partially completed the very last question of multimedia, and I barely got to complete the iPhone table ... reason being, I totally had to redo the comparison between the two cable plans. I actually wrote a page comparing the wrong connection plans .. argh !

    Hsc Ipt '07!

I'm fine with all topics except that blasted databases one. Normalizing will be the death of me.

    General Thoughts - General Mathematics

That was ugly. Hardly any questions on spherical geometry and annuities. (probably because they're the easiest topics)

    Marks in Trials

    ^ I second that.

    Marks in Trials

    79% - 17/204.

    Hospitality

Re: Hospitality Exam You're not alone on that. Basically all the Hospitality students in my year freaked on that question after the exam has concluded. Even during the reading time, we were all like 'wtf' to question 21. I guess you can never be too sure of things.

    Hospitality

The long responses were nothing I expected. Question 22 was fine, though I expected it to be along the lines of preparing a dish, or producing a work flow. As for Question 21 ... well I was completely oblivious to the question, though I admit I didn't put much emphasis on studying Develop and...

What do you reckon you would get outta 105?

Well in trials I got a lousy 71% (4/15 for reading), and with the modules I missed out lots of important parts. With the HSC I wrote everything I was supposed to and finished without missing anything, so I'm expecting a better result than the trials. My aim? Low 80's.

Question 10 - Elective 3: Into The World

I wrote 12 pages, but I talked about BOTH the influence and prevention of entering new worlds. Uh oh ...

    So... Who Failed??

I wouldn't say failed, but my effort in the reading task of Paper 1 will have brought my marks down signficantly.

    Henry Lawson Question

I write fairly big, probably 5-7 words per line. It's impossible for me to write fast and compressed at the same time.

    General thoughts?

The questions were definitely easier to answer, however it was the more tiring one. My hand got sore pretty early in the exam to my surprise. I'm content though as I was able to write everything I had planned, and even dotted in a few extra things. It was the only English exam where I didn't run...

    Henry Lawson Question

Not bad at all - pretty straightforward question. I wrote 14 pages.

    Witness Question

Well it depends on how compressed or messy your writing is. I too wrote about how the two cultures clash. I did this Module first. I wrote 11 pages (keeping in mind that I write extremely messy and big) in 35 minutes.

Anyone thinks they have killed the test

Section I - 4 pages (did this last, and found it the most difficult by far; I'll be lucky to get more than 5 marks for this) Section II - 12 pages Section III - 17.5 pages (I think I spent too much time on this)
