I went to uni today for card lamination and was told the online enrolment variations facility won't be available until the 1st March. To answer your question specifically...no..no email yet.

Some subjects have an exam review day where you can view your exam paper and obviously marks would be on it. I think for participation you could just email the coordinator and ask. I did that and they were happy to oblige.
