i think you should rephrase the q to
' " HOW does the media reinforces the idea that teenage girls should be more concerned with their looks, size and being accepted by others instead of being themselves and being happy?"
more open ended. teachers like open ended q's as oposed to close ended...
i like to interpret lit reviews as a collaboration of secondary opinions/ideas/research/information that you have collected to help answer ur question. (e.g IRP q) i.e. WHAT IS ALREADY KNOWN ABOUT UR TOPIC?

- anything that screams of teen angst

i prepared for the actual exam by memorising my essays a wk before and timing myself speed writing them. tip: if u memorised essays spend the reading time in the actual exam trying to fit the question into your essays/whatever text type they ask u to write in :)
