Are the late round cut-offs for the courses the same as the main round cut offs? ie For 2004, would the late round cut off be 99.6 as well, or something slightly lower?

Hm, its good that you all bothered to actually submit the EAS form though...I was one of the people who did not bother submitting their form - I was really dumb not too though, and I really regret not doing it because I can't get into my 1st preference now.
