i was just thinkin- do a test of what ur going to do now b4 ur foraml, so that on the nite u don't make any mistakes with ur make up. u should test now whether lip liner after is going to work for u, but that's how i would do it! do a test run of everything- at least then ur sure that u can do it!

After is safer- u can kinda use it to fix any mistakes with the lipsticks u know??

you put on lipstick first, and then lip liner over it, cos then when ur lipstick comes off, the lip liner comes off with it, leaving no line. if ur putting on lip gloss, do the liner after gloss! :)
