    Who does very well in english and doesn't read at all?

    Yr 11 count for HSC?

    they can test prelim stuff in the hsc for some subjects ( a.g maths) so your actual prelim marks dont count BUT you need to understand some of the stuff for the hsc ..

    our year 12's dont get a prez night, they just get a graduation at the end of term 3 or whatever. having a prez night sounds good though, as it would be fun to come back to school and see everyone after you have left ...

    Assessments

    also .. how much was the assesment worth? e.g my 1st maths assess for this term was worth 30%, but chemistry was worth 4% the weighting affects it heaps ..

    of you uses direct quotes then yes tat is plagisrism. if you are stuck when writig something, and then you take an idea and then change it/add to it that would be okay

    we are doing spec fiction too, the same texts as you ( i think) dont use guides! read the text, and work stuff out for yourself, that is what english is all about

    aww sorry .. lol 3rd post .. but i wish i had different english teachers. taht way you dont get stuck with one, have more advice and stuff and can get like ur adv teacher to help with ext! that would be good
