I learnt that the hard way by stuffing up my assignment, but yeah not as bad as if i did that in the trial. They expect you to know ALL sources (i.e ancient, modern, archaeological) and if the question has a source on the page, good luck, all they want IS sources...the HSC is requiring you to...

It should be the other way around, the stuff you learnt first should be the worst and the most recent stuff should be your best stuff, since you can remember the recent stuff and forgotten the older stuff. Everyone has their own little study habit, so it's hard to say if that method will work...

I have so much more information about my societies than i do about my historical period. In order to get them i've had to do so much more work. If it's a period that doesn't involve your society then yes it would be more work since you'd have to learn part of the society in order to understand...
