    Validity and Reliability

So can an experiment have low reliability but still be valid due to the process used? If you have tested what you said you would test, but you haven't repeated it, is it still valid?

    Chemistry Task - Chem Earth

Hi guys, Still chugging along. So far I have figured that fractional distillation and chemical separation (CO2 removal) can be used to separate the air. Are gaseous diffusion and gas centrifuge used for separation of gases from the air? There is heaps about uranium enrichment, but I can't...

    Chemistry Task - Chem Earth

Hi, I'm researching for a question which asked about ways that industry separate gases from the atmosphere. I think the only one is fractional distillation, as the other ones such as gas centrifuges only seem to be about uranium enrichment, of which the gases aren't frorm the atmosphere to...

What foods do you eat at school?

Hi, I've done the whole canteen thing at high school for over 3 years now, and I am sick of it! Waiting in line for second rate food is horrible, and now that I have a bad food allergy it really isn't an option anymore. So I'm wondering, what sort of food do you take to school for lunch and...

Which Subjects Will You Be Doing?

Yeah, 14 units is going to be a lot of work, and I intend on getting rid of 2 units if things are too much, and perhaps loosing another 2 at the start of year 12. It's hard though because I think I will enjoy most of them

    Preference Of Text Books

Apparently Excel for English isn't very good. I'm not sure if those types of books can help with English anyway. Get it if you can't find anything else, but surely there are better ones out there?

    Acne solutions?

Well, yes and no. The problem with using mild antibiotics is that resistance is much more likely to occur, as bacteria are exposed to low doses which allow them to learn how to pump out the drug/change their cell walls etc. It really is a matter of balancing the two. I personally don't like kids...
