well i had my trial this morning and i think i botched it...
i stuffed the interview bit so badly but i think i did ok in the creative part ( i did a script)
i was doing rftg....god i hate rftg
ours are being marked next thursday....they're all sitting in the room waiting...they've blocked out all the windows as well which i thought was odd....
mine slightly wobbles (its an office chair...see earlier for pic)...but hopefully it'll be ok...i put it in a spot in the room where it...
exactly....its basically all just really easy basic maths knowledge.......
we get a formula sheet for gods sake......
and for the record i was averaging 60's in 2U before the half yearly this year i which i got 42%...then i dropped
I think we should have our own little separate showcase where we can share our works with the fellow scriptwriters.
And to start...here is mine...
EDIT: oh and 'Mahue Pouri' means 'Broken Hearted' in Maori
i found my trial (which i did this morning) to be so extremely easy....it was crazy...
they gave 2 marks for
'solve for x: x-squared -1 = 288'
like come on...
also i don't know if its just me but i don't understand people who go around saying
'oh but i ONLY got 93%'
you are...
1000-1500 words for the reflection statement. This is stated cearly in the syllabus and other support documents. Going over is a bad thing, as is being under.
Aim for the middle.
well if you had studied the whole way through it wouldn't be a problem...in other words don't blame me for your lack of effort......because i don't study either....i hadn't done any of the bloody course and i still got 85 on last years HSC
this is the same at my school....al the general kids...
ours started with about 20 something......then we dropped down to about 15 for yr 12 and now we are at 12 i think....sometimes we are as low as 5 because people just don't show up
we did a good trick at our school.....there was a bunch of us (about 10 or so) doing adv maths but starting part way through last term we dropped to general and i'm now topping the subject and our group has about a 20 mark gap on the rest of the group (50-ish people doing general)
in our last...
does anyone know how they mark scripts?...do they actually perform them? because we have a time limit of 20-30 minutes and mine runs for about 25 but i don't want that to blow out if they perform it wrong...
any ideas?
