Law Foundation Exam Hey, Is anyone finding it difficult to do study for this? For example, I go to write say a practice essay on Torts and I end up with a response which basically looks like the textbook chapter – despite bringing in some other references, and maybe a couple of points not...

I've sent two emails recently and the lecturers haven't replied... this was a bit ago... wonder whether there was a prob then too... i'll give it a bit then maybe ring 'em and ask 'em

Thanks guys... I see... so if you do get 74% (1 of d) for a subject or 84% (1 of HD) for a subject etc... it will eventually be reflected.. thanks!

When they work our ur GPA at the end do they go off ur gpa for each semester?it's just annoying that like say u got 65 for a subject, or 74, it means nothing, it's still a credit u know, in terms of grade point.

Not long and it will all be over - it's worth it for the huge relief u feel when it's done...just power thru it so least u know u did ur best!! best of luck

This semester our teacher wrote ours too but it wasn't ready at the beginning of semester... so he made the first 15 chapters into a reader which we bought and when it became available we hadda buy the whole book, for a non-discounted price, just for the remaining 6 or something chapters...silly...

I really enjoyed it actually. :P It's not that hard to pass... I thought the exam was pretty fair... they marked harder than they did the assignment though... well I reckon 4 us!

LOL. Haha - u hav a good way with language! A feel bad but:S I'm doing law and I wouldn't have a clue who the HC judges were if I fell over them...only know 'em by name:S

Doesn't it frustrate you when a tutor/lecturer makes a textbook a set text and down the track you realise it has zero relevance and doesn't assist u at all in ur studies...there's no set readings 4 it or anything... that'll teach me to hold off 4 as long as possible... like I normally wait until...
