centrelink people confuse me. I've gone to the bloody office itself, rang up, rang up my school to get a teacher to ring up, and they tell me different things.
dude, you have that special rate of Centrelink. Apparently, I can only get that if I work for 18 months and prove I'm independent...
sorry, I think they're closed, they closed a month ago or so.
I got sort of offered a puny scholarship from a Sydney uni. :/ so I too am looking at a very povo year.
I applied for EAS too addy, and if I get the five I would get 103.75, so yeah :/
within 24 hours?!
I got an email today to do the test. What exactly do they test? Is it IQ test related? Give me an example if you're able. Thanks :)
Oh, and what are they like with the relocating type thing. As in if you get a job but move, do they organise a job for you in your new location?
ziff got it on 96something I think, last year, lucky bum him.
undergrad is on 'academic merit' only. you should have applied for coop at UNSW or something. I'm going to email ANU about my shit circumstances, and maybe they'll be sympathetic. Though, I don't think it will work. :/
So any Queenslanders here? What would you say would be the advantages of UQ law over ANU law, and vice versa
It's bloody boiling in Brisbane for one
eh
Oh, any advisory days in Brisbane for ANU?
Hi, I got a call from a British guy yesterday I thought it was a prank and didn't catch his name, only the bit where he said he was a professor at the faculty of architecture at USYD lol...and he was very nice and told me all the benefits of the course and stuff like that. Anyone else?
So he...
How do you apply for these places? There's no Subway site thingy
Also, how do you jazz up a resume that is really lame, i.e. I finished high school, the end?
I have seen the online test before, but I didn't get prompts to do it and couldn't find it on the site. Do you do this after you fill out the app? Or only when you get offered a position?
Yeah, I think my area doesn't need people
Argh
alstonville is the best school in the northern rivers region (public school that is.) most of the top scorers come from there, or trinity/woodlawn. not surprised.
just because it's regional doesn't mean the people are all stupid hicks, you stupid hick
