also i have a 3kg bucket of chocolate wpi.
would wpi flavouring matter if adding it into a shake with milk and frozen berries and whatnot?
as in.. it wouldnt make it taste worse would it?

power rack yes. plus an olympic barbell and 100 or more kg worth of plates (in various sizes, not just 5x20s) and a bench (inclineable optional).
cables etc not necessary.
bumper plates would be good, but not sure about prices.
a non strong friend of mine leg presses 600kg so that's not saying much.
also, it's on an incline, also there's no core or stabilizers involved.
no one cares about how much you can lift with big ass crutches. be a man and squat with a barbell.
late breakfast at midday: 2 eggs scrambled, 2 slices toast, 500ml of milk + 4 tsps milo + 2 tsps instant coffee
snack: a slice of home made pizza, a banana.
dinner: a heap of pasta with eef mince bolognese.
later: some sweet danish pastry thing mum made and maybe another ananab.
ehh okay if you dont have access to a gym then go for dumbell squats and dumbell deadlifts.
google them.
a good website is exrx, google any lift or muscle along with 'exrx' to see info on it.
but really you need the equipment or this will be really hard and almost not possible.
that's a pretty bad routine in all honesty, because all you're doing are isolated movements and 1 good lift (bench press) and neglecting everything else.
have a look at starting strength and give that a go.
