What are these stat test thingys (1 Viewer)

One of my friends says hes doing a STAT test this saturday.. and apparently if you do well in it.. your UAI goes up

It's a test had you have to do if you want to do a certain course.

I believe if you want to do Pharmacy at USYD, you are required to sit this test as well as receive a UAI of around 95.

The STAT doesn't increase your UAI, well not that I know of.

isnt it a bit late? so does that mean they hold 3 stat tests a year? theres alreddy been 2

There's another one in December.

The STAT is also called the RET at UWS.
The RET test to allow you to gain entry into a course if you have upto 5 UAI points below the normal cut-off.
This only happens at UWS though

Yeah same here, i'm waiting for it is supposed to be due on the same day as UAI comes out, i hope i do make it into the business/commerce course UWS is one of my top preferences.
