I personally love the song, its catchy and the english is ten times better than other budding jpop/kpop artists

its "he's easy breezy and im japan easy" yeh but still weird
"she got a new microphone" is meant to be a metaphor or something

actually im leaning towards the actual invention of the term easy peasy japanesy for this song, where the geisha's and japanese women seen by the americans after world war II play a kind of sub text to the break up, shes got a new microphone could allude to either the english release, or more likely her changing after coming out of the relationship, as a new person

That and i think its a great song, cos it will get definitely get radioplay meaning more people will know hikki, they buy the album, and hopefully theres more deep river-esque stuff

Utada Hikki!!! I love most of her songs although it's sometimes hard because it's in Japanese...I have like 10GB of video of her stuff on the comp....i like the clips when she's actually singing or talking in english!
But in truth, "First Love" will remain the best song from Utada in my opinion

yeh, First Love is my favourite song too. I've even learnt it off by heart.. ^^;
Final Distance is pretty impressive too.. have u heard the Final Distance M-flo remix? its pretty funky!
