How many people are accepted into each stage? How many are accepted into test, then interview, and I know 30 will be given admission.

Last year when I went to the exam I think there were around 13-20 per year who get shortlisted for the exam. For the interview, refer to their website

Interviews for Year 9 will be limited to 30 plus vacancies

So there are around 36 for the interview, and around 50 for the test?

oh mb i was more talking about there being ~15 for y11 but im not super sure how many y9's there were. In total there were probably no more than 50-60 people so yeah around 50 for y9. seems kinda wild that they're willing to do that many interviews but ig thats what it says on the website

Yeah. I know for a fact that Sydney Boys wants the best of the best, so that's probably why they're willing to do so many
