how come after x amount of minutes u get automatically logged off? Can i change this for me at all?

oh, well yeah it should be in the control panel somewhere. click "user cp" at the top right of the page. there are buttons saying user cp / register / calendar / members / f.a.q / search / home

no u don't understand.
it is like when you open hotmail then don't use it for a while. It says it has became idle or something, this is what happens to me but i get logged off.

Try clear all your cookies and browser cache, and enable:
"Automatically login when you return to the site? (uses cookies)"
and
"Browse board with cookies?"
In your user CP.
