yeah u acn get DDR on ps2 but its called dancing stage instead of dance dance revolution. i think theres DDR but mnot sure. ill soon be getting it with 2 mats
guy guys! practise at home on the stepmania program (finger finger revolution sux) www.stepmania.com and download the install file.
after that go to www.ddruk.com and download all the arcade versions (1 thru to 8) and extract to your song folder in stepmania...
that way u can play at home exactly how it appears in the arcades without looking noobish r having to buy expensive ps2 accessories...
also step files (just hte movements and how to make them) are available at that site (ddruk) if u dun wanna dl that prog
yeah you can....just ebay dance mat on ebay and u can find it
30 bucks i believe
even so, its just familiarity with arrow equences which is the mater...and u dont even need a mat to play...just practise on invislible dance mat ya know
Where do you guys play? I play at Intensity (Macquarie Centre), Galaxy World (George St.) and Laser 190 (Burwood)
By the way, don't get Dancing Stage, it only has around 25 songs or something... all light-standardish songs as well. (So it's okay for a beginner, but too easy for Heavy players)
hahaha im so hopeless at ddr, i want to get a mat though it seems like fun
we did it once at blacktown.. failed miserably
the worst is when like 20 people are standing around watching and you have no idea what you are doing
