I'd pick stuff which gives varying opinions ie. things on either side of arguments. eg Elton vs. Carr or Reynolds vs. Windscuttle. I'd also recommend Evans, only because that gives you a good breakdown on the history of history and introduces many historians in one article.Mustafa Mond said:Yeah in our small class (only two people) we only had a cursory examination of the book of readings and we've spent most of the time on our case study.
