Does this course exist? And if so what is its uac course code or how do i apply for this course because the UAC website says the code stated in all the Sydney books and websites does not exist.

The major in Environmental Science still exists, it's just that it's now being offered as a part of the standard BSc - it looks as though the uni has dropped the separate degree programme for what was nothing more than a BSc with a few programme-specific units. A good move, in my ever so humble opinion.
