I hv to design a 5 week resistance training program to improve muscular STRENGTH( for whole body).and have to include information such as sets, reps,weight(in terms of RM) and any other ergogenic practices...........

I m not good in this topic............i did crap in trial toooooooooo.......so any1 if u hv understand my question..........could you please help me out.......please!!!!! as soon as possible..............thanks!!
