I've had that happen to me too, though sometimes instead of a nickname (old or otherwise), I just get the person's email address in the 'Offline' section. Doesn't really bother me though.
It's not back on yet so you haven't missed any eps. You could always try downloading them if you get frustrated. That's what I did 'cause I don't trust Ch7 (so I have all the eps up to ep2.20).

As mentioned earlier, don't chuck a fit complaining about waiting for so long then having no clue what you want/going to check what others want when it's your turn.
When you ask for serviettes, and I enquire as to how many people need them (eg 4), don't give me dirty looks...

Even though school captains are meant to represent students, essentially they are representatives of the school, which means that schools want a say in how they are being represented so as not to generate any negative publicity.

You do realise that education is supposed to be a matter that the state governments deal with? In NSW alone, the public schools should NEVER have been allowed to be in the deplorable state that they presently are, considering how prosperous the NSW economy is and the amount of revenue coming in...
We had "Young Hearts Run Free" as our song. They played it when we were leaving, except heaps of people in our year decided to sing along in groups and clog the aisles - making the whole school wait till we were ready to actually exit :)
Even so, there are teachers around who bring (current) politics into the classroom. I disagree w/ this because it discourages people from speaking up in class. The whole 'if you don't agree with the teacher's argument, there's something wrong with you' mentality.
