I think you can do what you have described with permission from the subject coordinator. If you put in the effort, you will not fail. If you get to the final semester of the degree and you have one class remaining they give you make-up work to complete rather than make you re-take the class.
Georgie, I'm a 2nd year too and I'm halfway through my mental health placement and I'm absolutely loving it! I was terrified going in and didn't want to do it either but it's nothing like you expect.
My face to face hours this year were 15, but I spent at least that at uni studying/practising every week as well. I also worked 30 hours a week at my job. It's manageable.
No, you just do the prac blocks you are assigned to.
As a KG student I spend 1 day a week in the city and 3 at KG. City students spend 4 days a week in the city (for first year).
There is no real assumed knowledge. You'll just have to work a bit harder than those who studied science subjects previously. I studied Bio, Chem, PE, and Gen Maths which have all helped me tremendously with understanding the course but it's definately possibly to do it and get great marks...
I got the re-enrolment email and I have been trying to do it for a week but it won't let me, is this because I have a pending ICT (to drop international studies)? How do I get around this? I need to re-enrol by early December but won't find out about the ICT until January.
It can be an involved course if you want to be involved and do well or you can turn up for the classes and thats it period. It's 4 days a week on campus, but only approximately 15 hours of ace to face time a week. It's recomended that you spend a few hours a week in the practice labs as well...
I'm currently enrolled in the BNBA course, but I've fallen in love with the BN so much that I'd rather complete postgraduate work in the nursing field than a BA. How do I change to the plain BN?
What does My Curent Allocations mean? With the preferences for times, it's not first in best dressed is it? Theres just a date you have to do it by? That what I gather from the info in My Subject Activities anyway.
