i'm doing the different variants for rites of passage an drites of public worship (ie. janazah and ramadan respectively) our teacher said there is no way we culd get full marks without writing about the differences between variants ... and i can't find my notes!
that must suck for the person who worked so hard to get 100! i reckon someone could get say 98% or sumthin. it all depends i spose. what do u think a raw 80 sumthin would be scaled to?
how much scaling do u think a say high 60's raw mark would get scaled to? and also does 2U maths get scaled very much and if so how would you get a band 6?
there are some quotes if you go to english at the website www.hsc.csu.edu.au i don't know if they're the ones ur looking for but they do have some quotes
does anyone have any info on this? it is the 3rd dot point in students: for the 3rd question. i checked the charles sturt site but they didn't and our teacher never taught us this!

look at the camera techniques that forntline use! they are always on about "visual". in the everyday room they use a normal little camera for recording and it doesn't follow who is speaking. like mike could b speaking and suddenly brian will start speaking so the camera will jump form mike to...
they shouldn't say to use a specific poem because in change the first section is comprehension, the second section is creative writing and the third section just asks you to refer to your tetx (normally) so considering there a lot's of texts they may divide it in to changing perspectives etc...
Use whatever the question gives or asks. if the question is in scientific notation answer in scientific. maybe that's why the text book randomly chooses?
