I had the same problem m8. I aint got no real leadership experience, and i asked my defence recruiter and she said that it does put u at a bit of a disadvantage, but they understand that ur at school and havent had many opportunities to get it.

Economics: 72% Rank 2nd
Business studies: 71% Rank: 7th

What if u cant think of a time when you showed leadership or responsibility.
Ive never had ny experience as a 'leader' eg. captain or nything which i hear they ask

Do you know how many ppl they put under my control.
Also do you ge tmuch free time at ADFa to use the gym or jsut chill and watch TV
