thats how i did it. that question was the same as one in 2005, so you can look there for solutions

im pretty cut, i didnt put the time down as i misread the question and thought it was asking for how long it would take to cook in terms of minutes =[ ohhh. do you think there is a chance of gettin 2/3 marks for that if i got the right answer but didnt add it to 9 am or 10 am or whatever it was?

if you get around 50-60% as a raw mark, what do you think that would be aligned (or whatever word is supposed to be used) to?

why? i thought it only slaughters your marks if you do bad but everyone else does ok/good. but seeing as everyone seems to have done badly, it shouldnt hurt them too much. if your ranking is high, but people below you beat you, do they pull you up as well?

so for this particular exam, do you think it's likely there will be some massive scaling going on?

what do they do if everyone has done badly? i mean i know they push the marks up, but can someone explain how that works coz surely there will still be kids who scored highly, so do their marks get pushed up even higher? possibly the worst test ever.:uhoh:

Re: How did you guys go? I'm sure death would have been a less painful experience than that. it was horrible! the first couple of questions (ie. 1-3) took wayyy longer than they should have coz then i only had like an hour to do the harder ones. definitely lost a lot of marks, about 30 by not...

That was unbelievably hard! and i agree, there wasn't enough time to finish it! i couldnt answer about 30 marks of it. so if everyone does badly, do they just do a lot of scaling? coz id say my assessment mark is quite a bit higher than the mark i got in that test! bos should go jump.
