THe excel books i got told are really good but not for electives (like commercial cookery which is what im also doing). But as Lanz said its worth while just going over past papers and going through them. If you get stumped on a question post it in a forum thing and im sure ppl will be...
shallow frying is basically what is says.
Frying in a little bit of oil/whatever..usually about 2-5cm deep? Correct me if im wrong ppls, it helps all of us sitting this exam :S

As noone is entirely sure of what were sposed to know, i suggest knowing 2 extremely well as gemstone said. I dont think they'll ask specific questions as that is alot of content to know. They'll probably ask for the use of two in a speech or something along those lines.

Sorry to be a pain in the rear but it would be most helpful if someone would like to tell me their best ways for studying English. With only a couple of weeks to go for our first english exam i need all the study hints/tips/anything possible!
