omg that is so scary lol. I got mine out at the beginning of the year (all four of them) and it didn't hurt at all! Only the stitches hurt cos i'd keep on bumping the knots with my tongue or food when i ate. My mouth got all swollen though and my face was like a square, but it was back to normal...
