I think that it was the increase of an already set minimum wage, however the effects of both are pretty much the same and you'd lose one mark max if that for saying the other one

was much too easy for an economics paper imo, there's likely going to be 100% raw marks from the very few at the top of the state unless they mark harshly to counteract the lack of difficulty in the questions
