saw a physio today for another injury i had and mentioned the ankle. He didnt look at it but from my description he said that he thinks the two bones are like tending outwards (splitting) everytime i run, creating the pain.

i have recently dropped extension english however i really enjoyed class work, really challenging and very different to adv in my opinion much better. But i just wasnt getting good enough marks to keep going with it. Ext looks more at like the context and the reason...
i probably have missed an important piece of information but i did do a grade 2 tear to the muscle running up that region but that was in 06 and did have extensive physio

I have this weird problem whilst running, i get a pretty heavy pain in the front of my leg pretty much at the bottom of the shin and front part of the ankle.
I think its not shin splints but not sure
i only get it when hitting the pavement in my joggers (new balance) i don't...
Its not that 3U maths is hard its just quickly paced in terms of the work you cover in a lesson or whatever peroid of time. As long as your willing to put the work in its fine.
Also i probably wouldnt go with ancient (currently doing yr11) and its pretty dry, unless you manage to get a REALLY...
